I'm not a review kinda guy but when credit is due.. This was my first visit to Boost and Jennifer was truly a superstar. I explained that I needed the most economical plan they have because times are tight for me due to a recent broken wrist and no work. She mentioned their promotion that i didn't notice online and my bill is going to be 1/3 of my previous Spectrum bill. I couldn't sustain paying just under $90.xx monthly to Spectrum, so I called to ask for assistance or some sort of relief or downgrade.. nothing, no options just pay or no service. Okidoki, Jennifer got it under control Spectrum!!!
