I recently visited the Boost Mobile store at 2279 Main Street in Hartford, CT, and I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Karlie Ager. From the moment I walked in, Karlie greeted me with a warm smile and genuine kindness that immediately made me feel welcome. She went above and beyond to help me activate my new Boost Mobile phone, something that had been a frustrating process at other locations. Karlie took her time to listen to my concerns, answered every question with patience and professionalism, and made sure I fully understood each step of the activation process. What truly stood out was her hands-on approach and her dedication to making sure everything worked perfectly before I left. She never rushed, never hesitated to go the extra mile, and made me feel like I was her top priority. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it speaks volumes about her work ethic and her care for people.
