    I came into the Boost Mobile in Woodridge because my husband dropped his phone at work and cracked the screen. Instead of getting the screen fixed my husband wanted to do the upgrade that we had on our phones. I was already stressed out about getting new phones because it feels to me like buying a car and I always feel pressured into getting things that are unnecessary when making bigger purchases. As soon as I arrived Fatima was very helpful and gave me information about the difference in motorola phones to samsung phones as I had currently a motorola and I wasn't happy with it. I guess she saw how frustrated I was with the whole process but she kept a positive attitude. I told her what phone I wanted and she smiled at me and said that she had a surprise for me. I looked at her kind of suspiciously, because good things don't normally happen to me. She came back with the two phones that I was going to purchase as well as the "surprise". She explained to me that the gift she was giving me was only for 1 person per day and she chose me because she realized I looked stressed out about the process. She then pulled a samsung tablet from behind her back and told me that it was her gift to me. I then asked her what the catch was and she said that she would make the first month's payment and then it would be $20 a month after. In my mind, in order for me to have had the tablet I would have had to purchase it, which was about $300 and then pay each month. So I happily accepted and thanked her continuously. She then proceeded to help me set up and transfer my data to each phone as well as the tablet. She did a wonderful job and I am so happy I got to meet her I feel if it was anybody else I would've left with a headache. Thank you again Fatima for making my Boost Mobile experience a great one.
