    As soon as I walked in, I immediately noticed how clean and shiny the store was and compared to its surroundings outside - That’s pretty impressive. We were the terrible customers who showed up at the last minute. I had spent the last three days making sure everything was prepared for when we went in there to switch from a terrible company to boost. The other company decided they wanted to play games and keep our phones locked. Cayce was absolutely fabulous. He wasn’t annoyed or irritated (I would’ve been) He was extremely helpful and very patient while we stood there on the phone with the other company for over an hour and got transferred to several different people trying to get this fixed. While we were doing that he made very good small conversation that I think kept everyone a lot calmer than we wanted it to be with the other company. We got there at 6:30 and probably didn’t leave until a little after eight or so and they close at seven. That’s how patient he was. That level of dedication to a job is super rare and Boost Mobile is lucky to have him. He has turned a chaotic nightmare situation into something calm and very positive. We managed to get it working and unlocked with the other company and we are officially a household of Boost Mobile customers now. Thank you, Cayce 🫶🏼 Ver en Google

    I had a great experience at Boost Mobile thanks to Cayce. He went above and beyond to help us port our phone over, even staying an extra 1–2 hours to make sure everything was taken care of. We ran into some issues with Spectrum and had to call while we were in the store, and Cayce was incredibly patient the entire time. He didn’t rush us at all and made sure everything was handled correctly before we left. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us get everything set up right. It’s not often you come across that level of customer service. Cayce definitely deserves recognition! Boost is lucky to have him. Ver en Google

    I'm rating 5 stars to day, actually to night. He stayed and hour over closing time to help my parents switch there phone. Cayce the employee is such a great helper he's the one that stayed over and hour past closing time to help. Thank you so much cayce for helping us switch from stupid spectrum to boost mobile. The store was also super clean and spotless he did such a good job keeping it nice and tightly. Thank you a lot your amazing cayce. Ver en Google

    Today after talking with boost customer service I was ready to kick Boost to the side because I got absolutely no answers. Instead I called Boost on Bridge Street and talk to Cayce. He was extremely helpful and answered every question I had unlike the customer service representative I spoke too earlier. Today because of Cayce Boost Mobile still has one more customer.
