    This is a little long but please read!! I don't even know where to begin when it comes to this particular location, the staff, and Zack set the bar. When I originally called I had the pleasure of speaking with Zack, I was stressed and didn't know what to do. My phone battery had expanded to the point where at any moment it could have exploded, I explained to Zack what it looked like the best way I could. He took it a step further and FT my son's phone so he could actually see what the phone looked like which typically wouldn't have happened if it was anyone or any other shop. Zack was very professional and caring and went above and beyond to help me. He ordered me a battery that he had delivered same day and only took an hour for him to receive it. It took me 2 days to actually make it to the shop, when arriving I simply walked in the door and his coworkers scream my name almost like cheering when I walked in which was very welcoming. With the type of phone I have Zack done something that no other boost store was able to do.. his 10 plus years of experience certainly showed. Zack not only fixed my phone but gave me a discount simply for going to his store and doing business with him. Zack is the true example of not only customer service but someone that loves people, loves what he does and have the knowledge to go along with it. I recommend anyone to go to this location if they need people with expertise and love what they do and a friendly environment.. I am certainly and will remain a loyal customer to this particular store. Zack you are so amazing and really helped me in a true time of need. I had a great experience with all of the staff, Zack also broke down my plan an explained in detailed how I could save money and add another product and it be more cost efficient... he has become my family lol and don't even know it. Thank you Zack you blessed me today more than you even truly know.     I had a great experience at this Boost Mobile location. Zack was very helpful and gave me the best deal I could’ve asked for. It was early morning and he was still very friendly and we even had some laughs. He helped me add a line and purchase a new phone for my kid and it barely took 30 mins. I appreciate the GREAT customer service and I will definitely be returning for my next upgrade! Ver en Google
