Switching carriers can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Ali walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my options before making any decisions. What stood out the most was how smooth and quick the transition was. He helped transfer my number, set up my phone, and ensured everything was working perfectly before I left. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers, not just making a sale—which is rare these days. The staff — especially Ali, Joey and Melissa — was super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, solving my issue quickly and making sure I understood all of my options.
