I had to travel across town to help my Aunt with getting a new phone since she is in her 80's She needed some help and guidance past what I could help her with. I called the Store in the Morning after they opened but only got voicemail, Little did I know it was Only Amanda working the Store that morning and did not have time to answer the incoming calls while taking care of multiple clients. She did call me back after she got done with her busy opening hour and told me that she had one iPhone 16E left in her inventory. I asked her to hold that phone for my Aunt and we would be right down. When we got there Amanda greeted us professionally and was courteous and helpful through the whole process. She even moved all the contacts, messages, and photos over to my aunts new phone. She even tried to help get us a trade in on my aunts old iPhone 12 but the phone authenticator did not see any trade in value on her old Phone. Amanda went above and beyond to help setup a security pin for my aunts account and help her with a shorter pass code to access her phone. She was so great she even changes some of the settings in the phone that I did not know how to change which was even more above and beyond top level customer service. I would like to Thank Amanda and I hope that owner of this Boost store location recognizes her excellent work ethic and outstanding customer service that she provides. I know that if my Aunt needs anything else or help in the future I would make sure to go back when Amanda is working since she was so great to work with. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Amanda! you are a wonderful person and went way above and beyond to help my Aunt. I appreciate all that you have done.
