I would recommend boost and this location to everyone.
My sister and I decided to switch to boost from at&t. We had been in a three year contract through a thrid party with AT&T, when we first got it they had claimed it would be under $175 for three phones but they lied and it was always over $227, and due to the contract ending they pushed our bill up to $249. Just couldn't do it anymore.
I looked into boost and they have good prices and different packages to choose from. I originally was going to switch them online. I would recommend going in and getting the phones switched, yes it costs a bit more however if your phone is locked, meaning you can't switch providers (most of them are) boost can get them unlock about 98% of the time unless they're speciality phones, so always check with them. They were able to get all three of our phones unlocked and switched over to boost. The lady who helped us, her name is Ali. She's very friendly, and if you love to talk she will talk with you about everything, she's so friendly. And if you need a quiet moment she respects that too. She was able to handle all our questions, she took the time to stop and explain a lot of things to us about phone service and coverage, she never rushed us. And she showed us how theyre able to do everything. Ali is extremely understanding and patient. My sister and I were both worried and slightly panicked because of being new to this.
We were able to keep our old phone numbers and phones which was the goal too.
Our new bill is roughly around $140 so definitely saving money with a better quality phone plans for all three. The nice thing is the $25 plan is forever so it doesn't change, would be great for children and teenagers. And the $55 with the international calling and text is worth it.
So if you're looking into boost, I would recommend it. They're friendly, they have good deals, they have good phones plans, they don't have contracts. So if you're considering boost please stop by this location and take the time to talk to them about what you are looking for and what you want.
