Upgraded my phone! Thank you Danny!!

We went in with a real problem and Vanessa A. went above and beyond to fix it!! We walked out with a working phone! She is a ROCK STAR!!!

Had to go in to get my sons phone replaced, it wasn't able to power on or charge. I was greeted by Vanessa and helped within just a few minutes. She was a ROCKSTAR! She multitasked between multiple customers while also helping me so no one was just sitting there waiting for phones to update or others being verified over the phone. This store has an incredibly valuable asset with Vanessa and should be extremely grateful to have her! I am far from a people person and she made the whole experience wonderful from the start and kept the mood fun and light. Truly a great experience and I will make it a priority to only deal with her when I need to come into the store in the future.
