I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this specific Boost Mobile store, thanks to Faviola. She went above and beyond to help me, taking the time to listen to my concerns, assist me with my issue, and make sure everything was taken care of properly.
Faviola was extremely patient, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me. She did not make me feel rushed or like just another customer. Instead, she made sure I understood what was being done and continued working with me until my problem was completely resolved.
I truly appreciate the level of customer service she provided. I walked into the store frustrated with an issue, but thanks to Faviola’s kindness, patience, and dedication, I walked out completely satisfied. Employees like her make a real difference in the customer experience, and I believe her hard work and excellent service deserve to be recognized.
