I came in to get my mom a new phone for her birthday. Chanse took care of us, very personable, very understanding and very respectful. At one point she got swamped as a ton of customers came in and she handled everyone quickly and with precision. TO THE MANAGER THIS YOUNG LADY NEEDS A RAISE SHE HANDLES BUSINESS LIKE A BOSS… We need more young entrepreneurs like her…

I love B&G Wireless services. This is the only Boost Mobile store I go to. Stacy and the Jose's are amazing. Ive been their customer for over 5 years. Great customet service

What a refreshing experience. My phone broke and I went in about 6pm the other evening. Stacy was there by herself and was busy. Her demeanor with the customers was so pleasant and she was so helpful. When it was my turn she gave me options but didn't have the phone I wanted in store. She told me to come back the next day and she would have it for me. I did and she was again super pleasant helpful and just provided me with great customer service. This is my new Boost store for sure!
