I want to sincerely recognize Esteban at Boost Mobile in Eustis for delivering an exceptional level of customer service that deserves management attention and recognition. He recently assisted my special needs nephew with filing a claim for a lost phone and took extraordinary care to make sure every detail was handled correctly. What impressed me most was the patience, professionalism, and genuine concern he showed throughout the entire process. He did not rush the interaction, took time to ask thoughtful questions for clarity, and carefully ensured my nephew was placed on the best plan for his specific needs. Because of Esteban’s dedication and efficiency, my nephew had a replacement phone within 24 hours. For many individuals with disabilities and special needs, everyday service interactions can often feel overwhelming, and unfortunately many people are made to feel unheard or like an inconvenience. Esteban created the exact opposite experience—he made my nephew feel respected, understood, and valued. What makes his service even more remarkable is that this was not the first time he demonstrated this level of integrity and care. I later learned that Esteban had previously helped return a lost phone to my nephew after recognizing him from the phone that had been turned in by an honest citizen. The fact that he remembered him speaks volumes about his attentiveness and character. Employees like Esteban are rare. He represents the kind of professionalism, compassion, and customer care that builds long-term trust and loyalty for a company. Boost Mobile is fortunate to have someone on their team who consistently goes above and beyond in ways that truly matter.
