Vunce us a gem! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the options I had for phones that I could use internationally and set up my new phone for me, complete with global roaming. He also is very personable with customers. As I waited for changes to take place with my service, I saw him interact with several other customers. It was clear that he had built a relationship with a couple of regulars who were there to pay their bills. I drove farther to this store based on Vince's pleasant outgoing voicemail message after I called the store nearest me and the young woman I spoke with hung up without even saying goodbye after I thanked her and said goodbye.
