This Boost Mobile store was amazing! The customer service was excellent, the store was clean and welcoming, and the service was incredibly fast. The guys had my new phone set up in about 10 minutes. I was transferring my number from Metro, and they quickly got my account information by logging into the computer. At another Boost store, I had waited over an hour while the employee kept calling different departments but still couldn't access my information. She eventually told me I'd have to get a new phone number. When I agreed, the price ended up being more than double what I was expecting. I'm so glad I came to this location instead. They made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I love this location they are the best, the most professional team. The manger Najib is the greatest

The best and most professional team of Boost in town, 100 recommend.

Excellent team at this store, I got the phone in another store, nobody could help me there to fix my phone. It wasn't sending messages only at this location Khan fixed it literally in 3 minutes

I had a great experience with Catherine. She gave me excellent advice about the plan I needed and helped set up the hotspot to connect my laptop. I highly recommend this store in Gainesville. I drive here from Lula every time because I know I’ll get exactly what I need.
