Elizabeth, the store representative, was so helpful! I came to upgrade my phone, and I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. She introduced herself and made me feel welcomed right away.
I’ve been coming to this location all the time to make my payments, and I have never been greeted or treated the way she treated me today. I’ve been with Boost for over three years, and she truly went above and beyond to make my experience special.
I hope she stays here for a long time because she is a great employee. Like they say, first impressions matter, and Elizabeth definitely made a great first impression!
