I never thought it was possible to get such incredible customer service at a Boost Mobile store. The guy in the store name is Jordan and he was exceptionally knowledgeable, understanding, patient and maintained a wonderful and positive attitude. I don't give many reviews, but I just had to give a review after going to this phone store. I haven't had such a great experience like this in a very long time. Jordan was very professional, helpful, attentive , informative and kind. Great customer service is important to me and it's hard to find it these days..... with that said, I am so grateful that I found a cellular phone store that I can continue going to in the future. If you're looking for a people friendly store with phenomenal customer service, a great selection of cell phones and accessories.... this is definitely the store for you!!!
