Having problems with my phone and Amber in the Frankfort was able to resolve the problem!! Thank goodness. I've been with Boost for a really long time. And anytime I've had any problems she figured it out. Might take a little while, but she always gets it fixed!! And I been there several times with different issues. And when some of the other help was there they didn't even try. One guy said he didn't know anything about phones a couple of times when I went and she wasn't there. I thought to myself, then why is he working here?? And one time there was a different girl in there she couldn't figure it out the problem either. But Amber knows her stuff, and doesn't give up and ALWAYS figures it out. She's been there a long time, and does an excellent job, and is really good with people. I don't don't what this woman gets pd but deserves a good raise. She's always there, which I'm very thankful for, and knows her stuff when it comes to cell phones. Thank you Amber, you're the BEST!!
