So, my phone's mobile data went out a month ago and I could only call and receive calls. I couldn't text or receive them, not use my Internet. I called customer service three times and they couldn't fix it. I went to multiple boost mobile stores and they couldn't fix it even though they also went through customer service. I decided to try you guy's location and I told your employee "Esmy" about my phones situation. I stutter when I talk and she was very patient in waiting for me to get my words out and finish my sentences and she not only gave a correct suggestion on what it could be. But she figured it out as soon as I told her. I went through multiple locations and customer service calls and the only reason customer service figured it out is because "Esmy" figured it out first and they was able to help get my phone fixed. Just want to let you guys know that you have a great and very intelligent employee. And Thank you again!
