Kudos to Acasia for resetting my phone and reducing my anxiety. I REALLY appreciated that you took the initiative to trouble shoot the issue and fix it. Nothing worse being (California) 1900 miles from home with a frozen phone and not able to access it. I WAS disappointed that your co worker initially looked at it and was like wha not much I can do about and went about her business on her phone. Service was great. Simon went above and beyond to help me out and to get what we needed. He was persistent, kind and patient through it all. Boost at Harry and Broadway isn't even the closest to me but I will go out of my way because of the service.
