Jackie is a breath of fresh air to customer service and humankind due to her positive attitude, happy to help others to make their daily lives better in assisting with cellular devices. I don't know squat regarding ANY electronic devices and Jackie was cool with it and she never made me feel stupid, and she explained everything clearly.
