Service was great. The lady helped me out quite a bit even going above and beyond the call of duty to do things that she really didn’t have to do but helping an old man out and I appreciate it.

I want to recognize the Boost Mobile store for delivering outstanding service and maintaining a level of professionalism that truly stands out. From the moment you walk in, the store is clean, organized, and fully equipped with the amenities customers actually need—comfortable seating, efficient service stations, and a welcoming environment that makes the entire experience smooth and stress‑free. The staff consistently demonstrates patience, product knowledge, and a genuine commitment to helping customers find the right solutions. Every interaction feels intentional and customer‑focused, which is rare in today’s retail environment. I also want to highlight the leadership of District Manager Calvin, whose stewardship is clearly reflected in the store’s culture and performance. His presence shows in the professionalism of the team, the high service standards, and the pride the associates take in their work. Strong leadership creates strong stores, and this location is a direct example of that. Overall, this Boost Mobile store sets the bar for what great customer service should look like. Highly recommended.
