I just want to say that Ali, the guy who works there most days, is the kindest, sweetest most helpful guy ever. Like I've never been treated with that immense kindness at a store before. I went to Boost Mobile because I had lost my phone...my bank cards etc were in the case..(stupidly). Ali helped me in every which way he could, and had so much patience for my situation. He gave me a great deal on a phone, and was just so helpful and kind I can't get over it. Ali is the absolute best, and I'm so glad that I was obviously at the right place at the right time. Showing kindness and patience for someone in a bad situation is the way to go, and Ali did just that. Ali, thank you so much again!

Listen to me. When you go looking for a phone, have a question, or need something fixed you have to ask for Ali. He truly is the man and now my best friend for this type of stuff. He's was so kind and patient. Literally talked me through everything and even help with the REPS on the phone. I really appreciate him and will be solely looking for him when I come back.
