As far as in store service and experience, smooth, great polite and timely as well as noticing other customers from the area delighted to deal with the familiar staff, only reason I give 4 stars and not five is due to the incorporations set policies and fine print which I know the counter staff has no control of....but after being a metro pcs customer on and off forever these guys aren't that bad at all ask for Mohammed if possible great representative. ...
