5 minutes ago , I walked into the new BOOST store. The person in charge, her name is: Yarelis. She was taking care of a customer at the time I walked in. Once available, I explained my problem. I have been with BOOST since around 2015. Never really had any issues with my phone. Today I discovered that my SAMSUNG Message APP was changing. I called SAMSUNG for assistance, around 1:00PM. The rep activated the APP, and had given me some instructions. I had an issue around 3:30PM, and called SAMSUNG again. I was not able or had no knowledge on how to close a video that once shared, remained open. The SAMSUNG rep kept putting me on hold for 30 minutes. Finally, she came back and said: 'thats the way its supposed to be'. I am not very savvy on tech stuff but, I said, that doesnt sound right!! She insisted it is tight. I hung up, and came to your new BOOST store, 3 miles from my home. Yarelis fixed the problem, showing me what to do in 2 minutes!!!! She is worth her paycheck and more! What an asset to BOOST, and NE philadelphia!!! Awesome servicing!!! I'll be spreading the joy!!!

She was very helpful and kind and answer all of my questions great customer service. Her name is Alisa Santana store location 2031S Broad st
