I want to proudly give five stars to Mercedes at the Boost Mobile on Mockingbird in Abilene,Texas. She is one of the kindest people I have come across and helps so many people daily including myself, even the first time I went in there having a horrible day, taking it out on everyone around me, she remained the same and actually turned my mood better because of her kindness and positive attitude. Then a few weeks later when my phone got broken, she was right there to help me get a phone swap done and doing everything in her power to help me and the other customers that were in the store at the time. Honestly, Mercedes is an inspiration because her acts are so selfless and they are all to help others while doing everything in her power to take care of her customers and keep them satisfied. I admire you for being such a kind soul, thank you!
