Monica was very helpful, polite, and efficient. Switching my phone plan to boost was easy, cheaper than my other carrier, and I did it on my lunch break with time to spare!

They were my guardian. Angels, I would love to take them home with me to help me and my grand baby with the phone

Today has been one hectic day for me today. I switched my phones over to Att. I actually had to go through a lot today to get this phone finally activated at Boost Mobile. Thank you to the wonderful lady at the desk who waited patiently with me to get my phone reactivated..

I came in to upgrade my phone, and the process was so fast and easy!! I upgraded to the iPhone 16e, and it came with a FREE phone case and screen protector. Monica was very kind 🩷, and made sure I was properly set up!
