Katherine was super helpful and quick with helping us setting up our new phone

I had an excellent experience with Katherine at Boost Mobile. I came in needing help with zero information and not remembering my iCloud password, and she was incredibly patient and professional. She helped me recover all my information smoothly and efficiently. She made a stressful situation so much easier. I really appreciate her help, and I highly recommend her. She’s a real pro. Walked out with a new phone and everything as it was and a happy customer.
