My experience at this store was absolutely wonderful! I came in with my partner to buy a Samsung phone. Demarcus Porter (If I'm correct) was super sweet and helpful even recommended the Samsung 25FE to me and showed me all its features. I was absolutely in love with it even though it wasn't the phone I originally wanted (out of my range) this phone was cute and everything I could ask for. The transfer was pretty quick for what I was expecting but that didnt matter because Demarcus told us some funny stories 🤣 while we were waiting on my phone transfer. Demarcus is a funny, entertaining, and a very kind with us. Even though my phone transfer was holding him up to leave. If you need a phone I would recommend coming here just for him. A Really nice and awesome dude.

Demarcus is awesome at what does in our 1601 11th Street Boost store! He spent almost 40 minutes to "clean up" my phone and get rid of a weird app that had SO MESSED UP my phone's ability to function. He was extremely patient with me, answered all my questions and informed me that I didn't need to purchase a new phone! It doesn't get any better than that! I've been a Boost customer for a number of years - completely satisfied with my service, and now, especially pleased with my latest experience. Thank you, Demarcus!
