We were with Boost for years, then made the mistake of switching to AT&T. We decided to come back, and switched our plans over a few weeks ago. Deno helped us get switched back with new phones, plus helped us set up our phones. There were a lot of people in the store and he did a great job helping everyone without losing his cool. After the horrible customer service we've had with AT&T, I'm glad we switched back.
