I'd accidentally downloaded a (horrible) viruses today! It completely messed my entire cellphone up! I couldn't access anything, but my phone on it! I was (more than) panicked, to be completely honest here. So, I went to my local went Boost location for help. Alex, at Boost Mobil (Hwy 100 & National Ave.) was absolutely wonderful! I explained to him, what the cellphone was doing. He informed me, right from the beginning, there's a $20.00 charge for removal of the viruse, that was affecting my cellphone. He asked for the cellphone & told me 10 minutes to fix the problem. Alex resolved my issue, honestly, within less than 5 minutes! The whole time, he was polite, professional, & was actually very calming! He fixed it, & he didn't charge me, this time. He was forthcoming, with if it happens again, he would need to charge me for the time. To me, he was more than accommodating & very costly efficient! I'd recommend Boot Mobil to anyone! The service I received, his professionalism, & his calm nature, not to mention, saving me some money, was a pleasant experience! I came in, panicked & left smiling. How often can we say that, now & days?
